Ability: The manipulation of spilled blood for harmful means. This included using either his own blood, or the drawn blood of others, however he is unable to draw blood from another being, only use of blood that has met open air. Some manipulations include using crystallized blood as shard like projectiles, forming it into a pointed whip of blood, or crystallizing the blood around his arm into a blade. His favorite method however, is to use his own blood and cut his victims to death, increasing the amount of blood available to him to use. This power also grants him slow regeneration, even when dismembered or killed.
Job: Antagonist, Hunter
History: Seasoned soldier during the Iraq war, was brought back home and volunteered for a new "vitamin injection", which in fact was a modified chemical compound originally drawn from Arcturus, but modified to do the opposite. The compound had remarkably fantastic results, granting limited regeneration, and more remarkably, it affected his mental faculties, granting limited telepathy of blood. He was recruited by the government to hunt escaped experiments, bring them back alive. However, after the amount of exposure, the government ordered them terminated. Rather destroyed then in the hands of a foreign government. His primary target is Arcturus, however he has been breifed on the others as well, and carries necessary precautions to neutralize them should he be faced against them.
