Description: Scott has a slight build normally buried in baggy clothing. He stands at about five-six, narrow chin and rosy cheeks giving him an innocent look that conflicts with a natural tendency to be mischievous. Slanted eyes speak of some distant Asian heritage, though he mostly appears Caucasian with blue eyes, pale skin and white-blonde hair. A washed out black beanie is usually pulled low over his eyes and ears, shoulder-length hair sticking out haphazardly beneath it. A once blue streak behind his right ear is now green from neglect.
Scott's wardrobe, though limited since he lives out of a backpack, is somehow always clean and made up of dark wash jeans, band T-shirts and a black hoodie with a rainbow patch sewn to the left sleeve. He alternates between red Teva flipflops and black boots. His bottom lip is pierced on the right side with a black and white bone captive ring, and both lobes are pierced with jade spikes. Everything that would ordinarily be metal on his belongings – zippers, buttons, etc. – has been replaced with plastic or sewing.
History: Scott did most of his growing up in a one-bedroom mobile home stuffed with cats. He was picked on mercilessly as a child, all limbs and big ears until he finally grew into them. Scott was raised by his grandmother, an eccentric and loving woman who made sure her grandson could take care of himself before he left home to pursue an art degree - she taught him to sew, cook, garden and to care for others. Half way through his education his beloved guardian passed on, flipping his world upside down. His grief caused a once hushed ability to come bubbling to the surface - the manipulation of existing electrical currents as well as the self-generation of electricity, far more than would be considered normal for a human being.
