Physical Description: He stands 5' 10'' on a lean frame, with short cut brown hair and a well-trimmed chinstrap beard. His eyes are a dull blue, almost a shade of silver. His most distinct feature his the scar on his face, which begins above and ends below his right eye. He has a tendency to dress well, but can normally be seen wearing a white button-up with sleeves rolled up along with brown jeans, a red leather belt with a lion's head buckle, and red leather jack purcell converse.
Ability: He calls it Spontaneous Mutation. It allows him to mimic the powers of others for a short time. With dedication and practice he can sustain powers for longer amounts of time. He plays upon not having an ability with those he doesn't know.

History: He was raised in a military family, and his father taught him the importance of staying fit and strong. Orphaned at thirteen, he was taken in by his uncle, who served more as a drill sergeant than a father figure. He was groomed for the army, and joined at eighteen.
He quickly rose through the ranks, garnering attention from spec ops teams who brought him in for training. It wasn't long before he was the best of the best, at which time he was approached by the shadow government and offered entry into their first super soldier program. He saw no reason to turn them down and went through even more rigorous training along with new, state of the art genetic experiments. His last known rank was Major General.
He was the first subject to survive, but the effects of his 'super' transformation only raised his performance minimally. His natural strengths were increased by this process, and he suspects that his actual ability was just a misfortunate side effect of the testing, which did not surface until a few years after the initial experiments.
He served as the leader of a super soldier strike team, doing the dirty work of the shadow government. They were a close knit brotherhood, Frederick and his five soldiers. As each member eventually discovered their power, the shadow government took a renewed interest in it's super soldier program and took the six of them into custody to study how they had changed.
As time passed, one soldier snapped and developed a supplementary persona, that of a heartless beast which must kill to survive. He was at first sedated and contained, but eventually that persona overcame and replaced his original persona, and broke free from his cage. During the chaos Frederick escaped along with his other soldiers, leaving the beast that was once a brother to him behind.
The group was labeled dangerous by the shadow government and blacklisted, releasing illegal bounties amongst the underground societies that would take them up. They were also labeled as terrorists and under constant threat from the military. They made well for themselves, finding places to hole up and disappear for a time. It is rumored amongst those that hunted them that they established a base in a forest somewhere in North America, but it was never found. It is also rumored that during this time of hiding and becoming accustomed to a new lifestyle that Frederick found an abandoned child and raised it as his own.
Eventually the past caught up with the group, and now only three of the original super soldiers still remain. They vowed to stay alive and split up, determined to stay ahead of their pursuers and one day strike back. Frederick threw off the shackles of names during this long time of upheaval, calling himself by his family name, and those of his fallen brothers.
Over time he learned of others like himself, with abilities, both being held by the shadow government and living free. He has taken it upon himself to gather and protect a small group of specials, but has had minimal success so far. He hopes that after taking a year's hiatus to dodge heavy heat that his attempts will find more success than ever before.
